Job Title: HRBP_GAP Busan

Business Unit: GAP Busan in Atlas Copco Korea

Division: HR

Report to: HR Manager & General Manager

Location: Busan


Purpose of this Job

  • Responsible for “Hire to Retire” HR process with Atlas Copco Korea HR
  • Support the management in organizational development and represent the company within the GAP division for HR topics
  • Streamline, implement, revise, design and communicate HR policies, guidelines, compliance in accordance to "The Way We Do Things" and local regulations

Accountabilities

[Recruitment Activity]

  • Managing the overall process of recruitment to acquire competent/motivated talent
  • Talent Framework Competency based recruitment incl. CV Screening, shortlisting
  • Responsible for direct/indirect recruitment and maintain talent pool
  • Develop, set up, upgrade recruitment channels and processes, i.e. from job approvals, Internal/External job posting, interviews, assessment centers, aptitude test etc.
  • Keep updated Job Descriptions and Job profiles with proper guidance to recruiting managers
  • Organize orientation, induction, 3 month onboarding and probation follow-up
  • Responsible for Termination process including exit interview.; Turnover is KPIs

[Learning & Development]

  • Analyze training needs with local management, setup training plans using internal and external training resources and follow them up.
  • Implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership/team development
  • Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
  • Analyze root causes for organizational issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Coach, educate, train and coach leaders in people management

[HRIS (HR Information System)]

  • Demographic/Employee data management in HR Link/Excel Template
  • Documentation, HR reports, Headcount reporting, HR Scorecards management


[Employee Relations & Employee engagement]

[Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives & Change management]

[Exit process & Grievance handling process]


Qualifications

[Experience/Education]

  • At least 7 years of HR experiences in multinational company
  • Overall experience in HR Management, HR Development and Employee Relations
  • Factory HR experience preferred

[Knowledge/Skill]

  • Strong ability to solve problems and to prepare concepts & policies by taking into account the relevant strategic and operational aspects
  • Knowledge of labor law / country legislation
  • HR Multiplayer & Team Player
  • English - Business fluent (spoken, written)
  • Integrity – honesty, ethical, maturity
